Job Responsibilities
As the Manager, Software Engineering Management, you will:
- Manage product development activities.
- Collaborate with product management, design, support, and other development teams to build high-quality solutions.
- Oversee daily activities of the development team.
- Solve challenging and sometimes ambiguous problems.
- Manage resources, staffing, and mentor a best-in-class engineering team.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes.
- 6+ years of relevant technology experience and advanced coding skills.
- Experience with open source tools and agile development environments.
- Fluency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, or JavaScript.
- A strong grasp of broad technological concepts applied to real-world solutions.
