Role Overview: IT Operations Management Advisory Solution Consultant

You will integrate and leverage AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving while driving IT Operations Management sales and product demonstrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI-powered tools and automation in workflows.
  • Create and execute sales campaigns focusing on IT operations and service modelling.
  • Develop demo scripts, proof-of-concept engagements, and maintain demo environments.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Mentor peers and serve as the subject matter expert at briefings and events.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience with AI integration, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting, and pre-sales IT Operations Management. Familiarity with integration, observability, automation tools, and distributed application architecture is essential.
