Role Overview
The Director, Financial Services Field Marketing will drive acquisition, growth, and retention across the Financial Services Americas business. This action-oriented leader will build the ServiceNow brand through effective field strategies, lead generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of field marketers to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Develop comprehensive demand generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Collaborate with FinServ Sales leaders and marketing teams to align strategies with revenue goals.
- Manage financial services marketing budget with forecast and spend reporting.
- Drive integrated marketing initiatives with ABM, executive, partner, and AMS campaigns.
- Measure and optimize marketing programs to maximize investment returns.
- Provide marketing enablement updates and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of marketing demand generation experience.
- B2B marketing background in a large-scale cloud business.
- Proven leadership with ability to build high-performing teams.
- Experience leveraging AI powered tools and data-driven decision making.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and operational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a base pay guideline of $162,800 - $284,900 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) with match, ESPP and flexible time away programs.
