Role Overview

As an AI Architect, you will partner with Platform and Product teams to drive an AI-first implementation and adoption experience. You will design, productize, and pilot generative and agentic AI setups and admin workflows, ensuring a smooth journey from sandbox to meaningful use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice on AI-first implementation to reduce time-to-first-use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering.
  • Stay updated with trends in GenAI and agent technologies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership materials like white papers and reference architectures.
  • Design and validate product-specific AI agents for ITSM and related disciplines.
  • Co-drive pilot projects with early adopter customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of solution architecture experience across multiple AI platforms.
  • Proven experience with AI use cases including generative, agentic, and predictive models.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Strong technical advisory background with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% annually.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $187,600 to $328,300, plus equity, incentives, and comprehensive benefits. Additional perks include health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, and flexible time away programs.
