Role Overview - Advisory Solution Consultant

As a member of the Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] Solution Sales. You will be a technical consultant who guides product revenue with the collaboration of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert in client-facing sales.
  • Lead discovery workshops, provide product demonstrations, and align solutions with customer needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from various stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback for product enhancements to add customer value.
  • Share best practices with peers and support marketing events.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, partners, and services teams.
  • Territory management experience with a focus on pipeline building.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
