Job Description
At ServiceNow, the Advisory Solution Consultant – CRM (Transportation & Logistics) will drive technical wins across our CRM portfolio (CSM, FSM, SOM) for key Transportation & Logistics accounts. You will define vision, craft compelling solution narratives, and lead full technical sales cycles for enterprise accounts.
Your Role
- Own technical win across the CRM portfolio in Transportation & Logistics.
- Partner with sales and customer architects to deliver value-based outcomes.
- Lead discovery sessions and create tailored solution visions tied to KPIs.
- Deliver industry-specific, persona-driven demos for diverse roles.
- Collaborate with partners, delivery teams, and product groups for roadmap alignment and feedback.
- Support strategic pursuits and RFP/RFI responses along with pursuit teams.
- Evangelize best practices in enterprise support models for B2B and B2C logistics.
- Mentor internal teams on CRM trends including fleet maintenance, service order orchestration, and route optimization.
- Participate in pipeline generation via marketing events and webinars.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include 7+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales, and 5+ years in CRM/Customer Experience across multiple CRM areas. Deep expertise in Transportation & Logistics workflows such as delivery logistics, order orchestration, and customer onboarding is essential. Strong communication and storytelling skills are required to present to C-suite and technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms, familiarity with CPaaS, GenAI, and AI-powered chatbot frameworks is a plus.
