About the Team
The Security Center team provides customers with robust insights into their security posture through data visualizations, monitoring, and trend analysis. The team leverages the ServiceNow platform to integrate multiple data sources, ensuring customers can take swift action on security issues.
Role Responsibilities
- Build scalable, reusable, and clean code.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and peers.
- Own code from design to delivery including testing.
- Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities into products.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and support production systems.
- Mentor peers and foster knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering (or 6+ with Master's).
- Proficient in Java and JavaScript.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with production debugging and code troubleshooting.
- Exposure to AI integration in workflows is a plus.
