Job Description
As a Software Quality Engineer at ServiceNow, you will be part of the AI Search & Workflows Quality Engineering team. You will ensure the quality of AI-powered search and workflow automation features within the Now Platform, verifying that AI Search provides relevant, accurate, and personalized search results and that AI-driven workflows function as expected.

- Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics.
- Collaborate with developers to design and automate testing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive test plans with a focus on automation.
- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
- 2+ years of experience with relevant technologies and coding skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
- Experience with various automated testing frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, and TestNG.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and Unix tools.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a base pay guideline of $95,900 - $148,700, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits including health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and more. Compensation varies based on location.
