The Team

The Workplace Product Management Team focuses on Workplace Service Delivery and Health & Safety products within the Core Business Workflows Business Unit.

The Role

As the Senior Outbound Product Manager, you will report to the Head of Outbound Product Management for Workplace Products. Working alongside three peers, you'll drive messaging, adoption, and market fit with a customer-centric approach.

  • Develop deep understanding of customer use cases to influence strategy.
  • Collaborate with Inbound Product Management, Product Marketing, and other teams on go-to-market activities.
  • Drive messaging, pricing & packaging, and demo narratives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of Product Management or related experience. Prior experience with AI integration and a strong technical acumen in ServiceNow is critical. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with various stakeholders are required.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications, experience in Real Estate, Workplace Services & Experience, Environmental Health and Safety, and experience as a Functional Consultant are pluses.
