Job Description

As the Senior Director, Software Engineering, you will plan, drive, and oversee the Business Systems Enterprise roadmap for the Finance organization. You will partner with senior business leaders, identify process improvements, and manage a diverse technology portfolio on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term roadmap for Finance operations.
  • Advise senior business leaders on operational issues and technical solutions.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement creative process enhancements.
  • Manage projects, budgets (~15M), and vendor relationships.
  • Lead and develop a global team across analysis, design, development, QA, and support.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools and automation to scale operations.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 10+ years of combined experience in Finance Transformation, ERP, CRM, PRM, custom software development, and portfolio management. You should possess a balance of technical expertise (2/3) and business acumen (1/3), with proven leadership skills and crisis management experience.
