Role Overview

The IT Operations Advisory Solution Consultant integrates AI tools into work processes, crafts sales campaigns focused on IT Operations Management, and supports ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments. You will create demo scripts, run proof-of-concept engagements, and work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • Create and contribute to IT Operations Management sales campaigns.
  • Maintain a showcase of ITOM solutions on the platform.
  • Mentor peers and deliver product demonstrations both onsite and virtually.
  • Scope and execute Proof of Concept/Value engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for roadmap and feedback.

Technical & Operational Qualifications

  • Experience with integration, automation, and orchestration technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI-enhanced IT Operations and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with discovery, event management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in scripting languages and enterprise architecture.
  • Pre-sales and technical leadership experience.
