Role Overview
As a Senior Forward Deployed Solution Engineer (FDSE), you act as the CTO of the build—from backend services to LLM pipelines and front-end integrations. You work directly with customers to design, implement, and deliver production-ready solutions in agile sprints. Your solutions become reference implementations for scalable GenAI in the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-enabled applications spanning backend, data orchestration, and UI components.
- Work onsite with customers to deploy and iterate live solutions.
- Codify reusable assets like libraries, prompts, and scaffolds.
- Shape developer experience by providing feedback to product teams.
- Deliver production-ready solutions through agile end-to-end sprints.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production.
- Experience with backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java), front-end frameworks (React, Angular), and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Familiarity with LLM tooling like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with DevOps deployments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for onsite customer engagements.
