Job Description

As an Associate Software Engineer at ServiceNow, you will build the best cloud software for business using a leading development cloud platform. Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and quality engineers using agile practices. Own features that matter, design with quality, and focus on future evolution of products. Work within a Scrum-based Agile process that emphasizes coding over extensive documentation.

Qualifications

  • 0+ years of software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in debugging, testing, and CI lifecycle.
  • Proficient with Java, OOP, and Design Patterns.
  • Experience with relational databases, e.g., MySQL, Oracle.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Familiar with IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and Unix tools.
  • Ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $106,900 to $155,100, plus equity, variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
