This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles.Schedule
The shifts will range from anytime between 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and will require working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) depending on coverage needs, with one weekday off.Compensation

Position Overview
You’ll be the central hub of communication — handling incoming and outgoing calls, directing leads to the right teams, and keeping everything running smoothly. Using our digital tracking tools, you’ll gather key information and ensure every interaction is captured accurately. It’s a fast-paced role where your coordination skills truly make an impact!What You'll Do
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to process customer inquiries, electronic requests, and route leads to the correct parties.
- Developing CCU leads by using product knowledge to process mitigation requests and customer calls before dispatching to assigned franchises.
- Coordinating with franchises by phone to relay claim details, confirm acceptance, and ensure timely lead dispatch.
- Conducting outbound communications with franchisees, insurance representatives, and policyholders regarding mitigation services.
- Resolving lead‑related disputes, including franchise lead fee issues, to maintain smooth operations.
- Managing switchboard transfers to ensure callers reach the appropriate corporate contacts.
- Maintaining accurate records by using computerized systems and contact database software to complete mitigation requests and generate CCU leads.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED as the required educational foundation.
- Call center experience preferred, with strong customer service capabilities.
- Customer service proficiency with the ability to support customers effectively and professionally.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Familiarity with contact database software such as RESPOND 365, XactAnalysis, or Symbility (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing ability of 30 WPM
