Commercial Restoration Project Manager
This is not an IT or business project management role, but hands-on commercial restoration that brings businesses back to life after disaster.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus.

What You’ll Do
- Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations
What It Takes
- 3–5 years of commercial project management experience (restoration required)
- Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred)
- Familiarity with time and material billing software (experience preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
