Role Overview

The Project Manager - Construction is a full-time role based in Bloomington, MN. You will join our fast-paced rebuild and construction team to restore properties to their original condition following emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material delivery and subcontractor performance
• Utilize Matterport for documenting property damage
• Capture before, progress, and completion photos
• Record notes using specialized apps and software
• Manage projects from inception to final inspection
• Schedule on-site meetings post-mitigation
• Plan work via work orders

Job Standards & Requirements

• Strong communication and reliability
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 2 years remodeling experience
• Understanding of removal, reinstallation, rebuild processes
• IICRC Certification/Water Restoration Technician is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work in varied environments including inclement weather

Work Schedule & Compensation

Typically Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. with overtime, weekend, and on-call availability as needed. Compensation starts at $70,000+/YR with lucrative bonus potential.
