Role Description
The Floor Installation Quality Assurance Specialist interacts with customers and installers to ensure satisfaction with the flooring installation process. You will foster relationships with contractors while providing technical guidance to ensure that installation quality meets both Service Pros Installation Group and Lowe’s Home Improvement standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine appropriate actions for installation quality issues.
- Schedule repairs or re-installation for 3 to 5 assigned workrooms.
- Perform virtual inspections, record quality issues, and improve contractor processes.
- Assist contractors in correcting recurring issues and improving skills.
- Conduct on-site inspections when virtual resolutions are insufficient.
- Perform quality audits.
- Travel up to 50% of the time as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service management.
- Proficiency in multiple software programs, computer workstations, iPhones, tablets, and peripheral equipment.
- Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and emails.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with installers/crew leads during home installation projects.
