The Role: Sr. Data Analyst

Join our growing Analytics team and pioneer the future of autonomous last-mile delivery. Work cross-functionally to build reporting tools, uncover insights, and guide decision-making while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and models for operational efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Cross-Functional Insights: Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Source, transform, and creatively use data to propose efficient workflow solutions.
  • Strategic Partner: Translate complex findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Metric Ownership: Define and track key business metrics to drive data-driven strategy across teams.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

Required: BA/BS in a quantitative field preferred; 4+ years in analytics, strong proficiency in SQL (4+ years), comfort with Python or R scripting, and data visualization skills using BI tools (ThoughtSpot and Looker Studio). Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, inferential statistics, stakeholder management, and leveraging AI/GenAI tools is essential.

Preferred: Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operations-heavy environments, entrepreneurial drive, familiarity with dbt and modern data governance practices, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving teams.
