Role Overview
The Senior PS and Support Engineer is responsible for onboarding new customers, providing technical support, configuring products, collaborating with product and R&D teams, supporting sales during pre-sales processes, and maintaining technical documentation.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers for smooth integration.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Customize Seraphic products per client needs.
- Collaborate with product and R&D for improvements.
- Support sales with technical expertise in pre-sales.
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and documentation.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years in technical customer support in cybersecurity.
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Knowledge of common web protocols, proxies, and firewalls.
- Experience with deployment tools like SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
- 3-5 years of system management across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical problem solver focused on customer pain points.
