Role Overview

The Senior PS and Support Engineer is responsible for onboarding new customers, providing technical support, configuring products, collaborating with product and R&D teams, supporting sales during pre-sales processes, and maintaining technical documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers for smooth integration.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Customize Seraphic products per client needs.
  • Collaborate with product and R&D for improvements.
  • Support sales with technical expertise in pre-sales.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and documentation.

What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years in technical customer support in cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
  • Knowledge of common web protocols, proxies, and firewalls.
  • Experience with deployment tools like SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
  • 3-5 years of system management across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical problem solver focused on customer pain points.
