The Role
As the Founding Product Specialist, you will drive the customer onboarding journey. Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Engineering teams to create scalable onboarding processes and a world-class implementation function.
What you'll do
- Manage the customer implementation lifecycle from signature to go-live.
- Translate complex customer pricing models into Sequence's data model.
- Provide expert guidance to accelerate customer onboarding.
- Relay product feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Build and scale the onboarding playbook in close collaboration with C-level executives.
Who you'll be
- 2+ years in technical/analytical roles (implementation, product, data analysis).
- Technical background via STEM degree or technical projects.
- Proactive with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
