Role Summary

The Sales Intake Manager is responsible for managing the client intake process, converting inbound leads into signed clients with empathy, persistence, and data-driven refinement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the client-facing intake process from first contact to signed representation.
  • Screen and qualify prospective clients to ensure proper case transition.
  • Communicate the firm’s value proposition and handle objections.
  • Monitor success metrics such as response speed, contact rates, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Develop intake scripts, checklists, and call frameworks aligned with personal injury standards.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, pre-litigation teams, and marketing during campaign volume spikes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or intake roles.
  • Proven success in inbound lead conversion and closing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with personal injury intake processes is a plus.
