Role Summary
The Sales Intake Manager is responsible for managing the client intake process, converting inbound leads into signed clients with empathy, persistence, and data-driven refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the client-facing intake process from first contact to signed representation.
- Screen and qualify prospective clients to ensure proper case transition.
- Communicate the firm’s value proposition and handle objections.
- Monitor success metrics such as response speed, contact rates, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Develop intake scripts, checklists, and call frameworks aligned with personal injury standards.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, pre-litigation teams, and marketing during campaign volume spikes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or intake roles.
- Proven success in inbound lead conversion and closing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with personal injury intake processes is a plus.
