Responsibilities of a Traffic Acquisition Specialist
You will stand out and thrive in this role if you are ready to actively take on the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading, understanding, and optimizing all of Sephora’s traffic channels across Iberia, designing an online acquisition strategy with a continuous customer focus and ensuring a 100% data-driven approach across all paid media initiatives.
- The objective is to maximize campaign performance and achieve business goals, in close collaboration with the Digital Manager and key teams.
Traffic and Acquisition Strategy
- Define and execute the acquisition and traffic qualification strategy across Iberia.
- Propose new partners, channels, and opportunities to achieve media objectives.
- Ensure strategic alignment with central guidelines and local Offer, Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
- Maintain a continuous focus on customer analysis and qualified acquisition.
Paid Media Campaign Management and Optimization
- Lead the daily relationship with digital agencies: campaign briefing, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Optimize all traffic channels through in-depth analysis of paid media campaign performance.
- Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and new growth levers.
- Oversee App Marketing initiatives: performance, reporting, and action plans to drive acquisition and engagement.
Analysis, Reporting, and Data
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to internal stakeholders (local and central teams).
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee and promote the correct implementation of tags and pixels to ensure accurate data collection (campaigns, website, and landing pages).
- Ensure alignment and synergy between traffic strategy and the SEO project.
Budget Management and Internal Coordination
- Manage the allocation and control of the paid media budget in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Carry out financial tracking and invoice management for media suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: agencies, media partners, and service providers.

Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in media agencies or similar digital marketing roles.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or beauty is a plus.
Languages
- High level of English is mandatory.
- French and/or Portuguese will be a plus.
