Overview

The Stage Experience Lead at Sephora will oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare. This role focuses on executing Sephora’s selling model and delivering outstanding client service to achieve and exceed store objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Client Experience: Ensure on-stage cast execute the selling model and respond timely to client feedback.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support training on client interactive technology for the selling cast.
  • Event Management: Assist in-store events that drive store goals and meet client needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Manage performance situations, deliver feedback, and participate in regular check-ins.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence across all business levels. Proven experience in team building and leadership is essential.
