About The Role

The Senior Manager, PMO Retail plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects aligned with strategic goals. This role leads cross-functional teams across Canada and North America, ensuring meticulous planning, execution, and optimization of key Retail initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Understand organizational strategies, risks and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute complex projects from charter to post-implementation reviews.
  • Communicate project risks and mitigations with key stakeholders.
  • Mobilize cross-functional partners and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and North American Real Estate Strategy teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Over 5 years of project management experience in high-volume retail/hospitality.
  • Expertise in stakeholder alignment and cross-level communication.
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and deliver high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Agile methodologies with advanced project management tools like MS Project.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
