Key Responsibilities of the Revenues & Growth Coordinator

The Revenues & Growth Coordinator plays a key role in driving company profitability, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, optimizing pricing and promotion strategies, and aligning commercial efforts with revenue objectives. This role leads strategies that maximize revenue and margin across all business channels, through data analysis, customer behavior insights, and market trends.

Strategic Analysis and Revenue Growth

  • Design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profit margin.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Offer, Retail, Sales, and Finance teams to align efforts with revenue objectives.

Pricing & Promotion

  • Lead promotional planning and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Develop data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
  • Analyze promotional impact, elasticities, and profitability by category or channel.

Data Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor key KPIs such as revenue growth, profit margins, and channel performance.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.) to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Create reports and analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python will be a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and results-orientation.
  • Effective communication skills in Top Management environments.
  • Excellent relational skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resilience to work in highly dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar (desirable).
  • Previous experience in strategic analysis, revenue management, or pricing.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, forecasting, and profitability models.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Languages

English essential, French desirable.
