At Sephora, the Operations Associate is the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and exceptional client experiences. This role involves inventory management, visual merchandising, and upholding Sephora's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support team sales goals.
  • Promote inclusivity and teamwork in the store.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

This role offers flexible hours depending on store needs:

  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex: 4-14 hrs/week
  • Availability during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Quick learner with effective product knowledge communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
