Overview

As a Network Engineer, you will support, implement, analyze, and maintain network and security functions for Retail, Corporate, and Supply Chain environments. Your work ensures seamless connectivity across over 700 stores and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Support & Troubleshooting: Configure and support LAN (Cisco), WAN, WLAN (Aruba), and provide incident reports.
- Security Management: Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto/Fortinet firewalls ensuring compliance.
- Application Collaboration: Work with business and application owners on design, support and documentation for new deployments.
- Infrastructure Implementation: Install network hardware/software, perform scheduled and emergency maintenance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage network documentation and perform internal audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve network issues and evaluate emerging trends.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years networking and security experience.
- Experience with Fortinet, PAN, Cisco, Aruba, and load balancers (F5).
- Automation skills with Ansible, Python, or scripting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience with 6+ years in IT.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with on-call support responsibilities.
