Job Overview
The Manager Digital Marketing and Media Testing at Sephora will lead testing strategy across retention channels, supporting the Media Center of Excellence and Retention team through innovative experimentation and client-led approaches. This role focuses on digital marketing across Email, App Push, SMS and managing pilot testing from initiation to scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead Retention Scrum testing roadmap from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Promo, Loyalty, and Worlds.
- Oversee design, execution, measurement and scaling of pilots.
- Partner with Email, Mobile, and Direct Mail channel owners for strategy.
- Work with Retention Analytics to design tests and synthesize recommendations.
- Support activation of client-led strategies for personalized engagement.
Qualifications
5-7 years of digital marketing experience with a cross-channel background preferred. Must be familiar with Agile Marketing, testing methodologies (A/B, Multivariate, holdout tests) and marketing automation platforms like Braze, Epsilon, and Bluecore. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Monday.com, and Miro/Figma is required. Superior organizational, communication and technical skills are essential.
