You'll be part of a team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about shaping cutting-edge technology solutions and building next-generation e-commerce systems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Architecture Strategy. Guide the technology architecture team in defining and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient architecture solutions for various omni-channel e-commerce systems.
  • Design Innovative Solutions. Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints for e-commerce systems, championing microservices and cloud-based architectures to create scalable, flexible, and cost-effective omni-channel solutions.
  • Drive Modernization. Lead the redefinition and modernization of e-commerce architecture practices, ensuring seamless integration between different e-commerce systems and applying industry best practices.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Partner with product management, business stakeholders, and IT operations to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs that align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Champion Best Practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying expertise in event-based programming, distributed applications, and real-time systems to enhance our technology landscape.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, technical leads, and external vendor partners to ensure alignment across portfolios and architecture community.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced Education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive E-Commerce Architecture Experience. 10+ years of experience in full software development with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and architecting e-commerce distributed applications.
  • Technical Expertise. Deep knowledge of software architecture, architecture patterns, microservices, cloud-based architectures, and hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and e-commerce systems.
  • Leadership & Innovation. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar leadership role within the e-commerce domain, with an analytical approach to problem-solving and a track record of developing innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Communication Excellence. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-Motivation & Adaptability. Highly self-motivated individual who is independent, efficient, and able to handle several projects with a solid sense of setting priorities, with passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Fulfilling Path. Your career transformation starts here, with opportunities that will challenge, stretch and develop your skills.
