The Opportunity

Sephora is looking for an AI-native, social-first Associate AI Producer to support our Social team in delivering innovative, high-quality visual assets across social platforms. As part of the Social Content & Production team, you will be responsible for integrating AI into social production workflows and leading the transition to an AI-centric post-production model.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and producers to integrate AI into social production workflows.
• Support social shoots with AI-assisted shotlists, transcripts, and auto-generated selects.
• Create AI-generated outputs including images, captions, and metadata ensuring quality and brand voice.
• Implement and develop new AI retouching processes and best practices.
• Assist in retouching product and talent photography while maintaining creative intent and brand standards.
• Explore and apply AI-powered tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, and Retouch4me.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in AI content creation and image retouching (professional or internship).
• Mastery in AI-powered/generative image tools (Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.ai, Midjourney, etc.).
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and CaptureOne a plus.
• Strong understanding of image quality elements including resolution and color profiles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated work.

Compensation & Benefits
