Fraud Consultant Role

Join SEON in our mission to create a Fraud Free World. As a Fraud Consultant, you will empower businesses to combat fraud with confidence while delivering world-class support and expertise. You will be part of an innovative team reshaping the future of fraud prevention.

  • Build and nurture trusted customer relationships as a fraud prevention expert.
  • Monitor customer communications across multiple channels for timely resolutions.
  • Provide technical and strategic fraud analysis with recommendations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless performance.
  • Create and optimize fraud detection rules using analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on complex cases.
  • Support customer onboarding and training sessions for new teams.
  • Provide proactive feedback to improve processes and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

You should have outstanding communication skills, a proven track record in Fraud, AML, Cybercrime, or Risk Management for at least 3 years, and strong problem solving and analytical abilities. Familiarity with cloud-based software, APIs and tools like Slack, Postman, Jira, and ticketing systems is required. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, and a team-first mindset is essential.
