Work Nature
This is a full-time and fully remote position. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Contact points may include the CEO, clients, and the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
At SEO Navigator, we’re looking for someone who can combine client communication, data analysis, and problem-solving. This role is more than a traditional Account Manager; you will work closely with clients, understand performance data, and act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (SEO, Content, Design, Ads, and IT).
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Understand client goals and performance expectations
- Read and explain performance data (SEO, traffic, ads, conversions)
- Support clients when issues arise (especially technical or data-related issues)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is delivered correctly and on time
- Prepare clear and easy-to-understand performance reports
- Ensure clients have a smooth and professional experience working with us
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing
- Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Strong understanding of SEO, website performance, and marketing analytics
- Confident in managing client communications, including handling issues and setting expectations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment
