Job Overview
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to manage the Central and Eastern Europe Presales activity. This role requires strong customer engagement skills and the ability to bridge the gap between client requirements and solution design. You will craft compelling technical solutions, deliver valuable field insights to R&D, and manage the entire technical sales cycle—from field demonstrations to tender responses—ensuring successful customer engagements.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with sales executives and resellers to lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle from demo to POC, tender response, and specifications closure.
- Become a trusted advisor for prospects, understanding their operational requirements, challenges, and objectives, and articulating Sentrycs offerings as a compelling fit.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with customers.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concepts, including field hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
- Advocate customer needs to product and engineering teams.
- Stay current with product updates, competition, and industry trends.
- Own field data, keeping it accurate and actionable using CRM and other tools.
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian, English, and Hebrew (additional languages are an advantage).
- Residence in Israel.
- 3+ years of international Pre-Sales experience, preferably in B2G – HLS / Army.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with on-prem equipment.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Matrix management skills.
- Experience working on complex tender processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a global (multiple time-zones) startup environment with high ambiguity and rapid changes.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Experience with Electronics or Radio communications is an advantage.
- Technical and tactical military / HLS experience / Experience in flying drones is an advantage.
