About Sentry AI
Sentry AI is a New Zealand–founded AI agency that architects and deploys production-grade AI systems for businesses. We build custom AI solutions that solve real operational problems across healthcare, recruitment, real estate, and enterprise organizations. We’ve delivered 30+ production deployments, built systems driving measurable ROI for clients globally, and established ourselves as a trusted technical partner. Now we’re scaling commercially across Australia, New Zealand and Further — we’re looking for senior industry operators who can open the right doors.
What We're Targeting and Building Towards
We operate across three high-growth AI sectors. As a Commercial Partner, you would be connecting us with teams and decision-makers in one or more of the following areas:
- Voice Agents: Production-grade voice AI that qualifies leads, screens candidates, and handles enquiries 24/7. We have active deployments across recruitment, real estate, and healthcare, with voice systems supporting large agent networks and embedded enterprise medical applications. This remains one of our largest commercial opportunities, as service-driven industries increasingly require always-on, revenue-generating front-line automation.
- Agentive AI Solutions: Custom AI engineering: fine-tuning foundation models, orchestrating multi-agent systems, and building intelligent automation for complex business workflows. We design and deploy scalable AI architectures that integrate deeply into existing systems, enabling organizations to automate decision-making, knowledge retrieval, compliance processes, and high-friction operational tasks at enterprise grade.
- AI Products: Deploy-ready AI solutions built for specific industries. We are actively working with partners to deliver vertical-focused AI products, including intelligent front desk systems that manage calls, SMS, and email for service-based businesses across Australia and New Zealand. In parallel, we are developing productised AI solutions for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and tailored automation suites designed for high-impact industry use cases.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional hire; this is a commercial partnership. We have the technical depth, the case studies, and the delivery capability. What we need are senior people embedded in their industry who have the network, credibility, and relationships to connect us with the right teams. You know the decision-makers. You understand the pain points. You can walk into a room and start the conversation that leads to a deployment. Your role is to identify opportunities, make introductions, and help us get in front of the teams that need what we build. Whether that’s a warm introduction to a head of operations, a referral into an enterprise procurement process, or a direct partnership on a deal — we’re looking for people who can move the needle.
Who We're Looking For
- Senior professionals with established networks in healthcare, recruitment, real estate, professional services, or enterprise technology
- Trusted advisors within their industry — the kind of person who gets asked, “Who should we talk to about AI?”
- Commercially minded operators who understand how enterprise deals work and can identify genuine opportunities
- Based in Australia or New Zealand, with real relationships across the business landscape
- You don’t need to be technical — you need to know the right people, understand the problems, and recognize when AI can solve them
How This Works
This is a performance-first partnership. We’re looking for operators, not talkers. Revenue share on deals you source, introduce, or help close. Equity component available for the right partner, tied to revenue milestones. No ceiling on earnings — your upside scales with the business you help build. Flexible structure — this can sit alongside your existing role or become a primary focus. Full backing from a high-calibre technical team that delivers real systems, not slide decks. We’re open to structuring this around the right person. What matters is alignment, network quality, and results.
