The Opportunity

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Clinic Solutions department. This role involves managing various office activities, ensuring high-quality data entry, handling communications, and supporting field staff and program operations.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide cross-coverage administrative support including data processing and communication management
  • Ensure accurate data entry into database systems
  • Manage inbound faxes, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and distribute program letters and materials
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Report Adverse Events/Severe Adverse Events as per SOPs
  • Complete time sheets, expenses, mileage reports and validate CRM reports
  • Maintain data accuracy and assist with various administrative tasks as needed

What You Need for Success

You should have Grade 12 education with 2 years of secretarial or office administration experience. Bilingual (English and French) is an asset. Experience with Patient Support Programs, excellent communication, customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems are essential. You must be organized, adaptable, and able to work independently while upholding confidentiality and demonstrating teamwork.
