Role Overview

The Technical Success Manager role blends technical expertise, project management, and relationship management to deliver exceptional post-sales experiences. You will guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing success, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through deployment journeys with structured project management and technical oversight.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor balancing technical guidance with strong relationship management.
  • Provide proactive technical resources and digital enablement to drive adoption and success.
  • Advocate internally for customers by communicating needs and challenges urgently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, and Services for timely issue resolution.
  • Manage incidents and outages, coordinating internal responses and communication.
  • Develop technical content, learning sessions, and webinars to boost customer adoption.
  • Report regularly on key success indicators like feature adoption and deployment progress.
  • Support Pre-Sales Services by collaborating with Sales and Solutions Engineering.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5-7+ years in enterprise software, preferably cybersecurity.
  • Experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and IT/security architecture.
  • Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, Linux, and containerized environments.
  • Excellent project management skills using tools like Asana, Jira, and Salesforce.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Technical Success or Deployment Management for large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in delivering training, enablement, or customer-facing technical content.
  • Knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI Security, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, MDM tools, SaaS support, API integrations, and networking.

Compensation

This U.S. role offers a base salary range of $149,000 to $170,000 USD, varying by candidate location.
