As a Talent Brand & Internal Communications Intern, you will be tasked with playing a crucial role in enhancing the company's employer brand and attracting top talent. The intern will be involved in creating compelling content that effectively communicates SentinelOne's employer brand to prospective candidates. They will collaborate with the Talent Brand and Marketing teams to develop content aimed at attracting and engaging prospective candidates, while also assisting in maintaining our internal brand guidelines on all our internal communications and platforms.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with the Talent Brand and Marketing teams to develop content to attract and engage prospective candidates.
- Build a social media campaign that aligns with SentinelOne’s core values and brand to highlight the internship experience.
- Partner with the Talent Brand team to gather intern testimonials.
- Manage key projects in Talent Brand such as social media calendar, Global Best Companies projects, and update/maintain talent brand platforms.
- Research emerging trends and best practices in Talent Brand and recruitment marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Build a process for internal teams to support our Talent Brand efforts.
- Assist in maintaining internal brand guidelines throughout our internal platforms and channels.
- Engage with global leads to support our S Foundations efforts.

- Currently a student pursuing a Marketing, Communications, or related degree with an expected graduation in 2027.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
Base Salary Range
$25—$25 USD
