Position Overview
The Staff Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact cybersecurity projects, including SIEM migration projects and broader SentinelOne Platform implementations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing project scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adoption of SentinelOne technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary client contact and build trust.
- Drive adoption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Identify process gaps and implement SOPs for efficiency.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Provide transparent project updates and manage escalations.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have over 5 years of project management experience in Professional Services, proven expertise with SIEM implementations, and familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, and SOAR. A solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
