Role Overview

As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you will work with prospects and customers in a technical pre-sales capacity. You will align customer goals with SentinelOne offerings and accelerate sales initiatives in India, particularly in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle.
• Conduct discovery calls and customized demonstrations.
• Provide technical insight and proof of value (POVs) to prospects and customers.
• Advise on complex technical solutions with in-depth product knowledge.
• Represent SentinelOne at industry and partner events.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, especially in security operations.
• At least 2 years in vendor presales solution engineering.
• Experience with objection handling and competitive positioning.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Solid technical experience in areas like Endpoint Protection, EDR, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security.
• Familiarity with hacking tools, evasion techniques and malware countermeasures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
