What Are We Looking For?
We need a Support Engineer to join our growing Support organization. The role is the key interface between customers, field engineers, and development. You will handle cases on platforms including Windows, Mac, and Linux and must be located on the West Coast with occasional travel.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, K8).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Minimum two years in customer facing technical support.
- Strong network and security knowledge.
- Training delivery experience is an advantage.
What Will You Do?
- Provide phone/email/chat-based customer support.
- Document case activities clearly and concisely.
- Resolve customer issues based on SLAs.
- Collaborate with research and development teams for root cause analysis.
- Create solution articles, how-to guides, and videos.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent customer orientation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with endpoint and server-based security solutions
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments

Base Salary Range: $104,000—$108,000 USD.
