Role Overview

The Principal Technical Project Manager will join our Product & Technology Strategic Programs office with a focus on delivering a sovereign, AI-powered cybersecurity platform for European data protection, digital sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, cross-functional and cross-product programs including the European sovereign cloud initiative.
  • Drive execution using our Program Operating Model to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Serve as a technical and delivery leader addressing GDPR, NIS2, and DORA requirements.
  • Enhance program processes by anticipating risks and managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across compliance, legal, engineering, and product teams in Europe.
  • Define and track program KPIs and manage reporting via Jira dashboards and Atlassian Analytics.
  • Stay current on regulatory trends in cybersecurity and cloud services.

Requirements and Skills

  • 12-15+ years of enterprise software experience; security or compliance field preferred.
  • Proven executive and customer-facing experience from consulting or enterprise environments.
  • 7+ years with Jira, Jira Dashboards, JQL, SQL and BI tools.
  • Deep understanding of software lifecycle, Agile/Lean methodologies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience managing high-impact programs around cloud infrastructure, data protection, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to distill regulatory requirements into technical plans.
  • Expertise in risk and dependency management with a focus on removing roadblocks.
