Role Overview
SentinelOne is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Executive Assistant to support our Marketing SVP and Chief Corporate Development Officer. This highly-visible role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects while maintaining excellent communication and a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and daily schedules strategically.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Plan and execute special projects and employee initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years as an executive assistant; 3+ years with C-level support.
- Proven ability in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in GSuite, MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion.
