Role Overview

The AI Learning & Capability Manager will optimize internal processes, implement productivity tools, and nurture an AI Champions community. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning and Development, you will work cross-functionally to improve workflow efficiency and drive continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve workflows across departments.
  • Technology Implementation & Adoption: Recommend and lead tool integration.
  • Cultivate an AI Champions Community: Establish a network promoting AI-driven tools.
  • Change Management: Develop strategies for successful adoption of new processes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Define KPIs and report productivity impacts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams to co-create solutions.
  • Best Practices & Training: Develop training sessions and share productivity best practices.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized knowledge base.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and iterative process enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in productivity, process improvement, operations or project management roles.
  • Proven record of organizational productivity enhancements.
  • Strong analytical skills and data presentation experience.
  • Expertise with productivity tools (Jira, Asana, Slack, Teams, Workato, ChatGPT).
  • Excellent communication and change management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, IT, or related field.
