Role Overview

The Sr Business Systems Analyst will join the rapidly growing IT Enterprise Applications organization. Reporting to the Sr Director, Solutions Manager, you will scope and solution business requests while hosting bi-weekly status calls with various business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business processes and workflows.
  • Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Propose technical solutions to business problems.
  • Document advanced user test cases, communications, and training materials.
  • Manage multiple requests from start to finish.
  • Maintain communication status with business units.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting a services organization.
  • Proficiency in SFDC administration in Service and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.

Preferred and Additional Skills

  • Experience with Jira, Thought Industries, Kantata, and Five9.
  • UX/UI design experience.
  • Project management skills.
