Work Environment
SentiLink offers flexible work arrangements, from fully remote to in-office, operating as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. For those near an office, regular in-office presence is encouraged. Some roles are specifically designed as hybrid or in-office.
The Role: Growth Account Executive
As a Growth Account Executive, you will be instrumental in selling SentiLink's advanced solutions to Fintech companies. Your primary responsibility will involve addressing their fraud and identity challenges using our product suite and cultivating lasting relationships with our partners. Given our startup environment, you're expected to contribute broadly to company building and adapt to various responsibilities as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective partners to determine suitable collaboration opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including leading meetings, fostering relationships, leveraging SentiLink resources to deliver solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and finalizing commercial agreements.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to connect with decision-makers and cultivate internal champions within prospects and partners.
- Ensure ongoing value delivery to partners post-close by maintaining relationships and supporting their success with our solutions.
- Represent SentiLink consistently with our corporate values.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in sales and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to employ a top-down sales motion for complex technical products.
- Previous experience selling into Fintech companies.
- Familiarity with identity verification or fraud detection solutions, or a strong eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong drive for success and a "hustling" mentality.
- Experience in credit risk, fraud, or another analytical discipline within consumer or SMB financial services is a significant advantage.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in and reside in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $200,000/year - $250,000/year OTE, complemented by equity and comprehensive benefits.
