Your Role as a Web Support Engineer
As a Web Support Engineer, you will own support missions and efficiently resolve client issues, ensuring high satisfaction through prompt responses. You will participate in client workshops to gather requirements and provide technical solutions, performing system setups, updates, and maintenance for smooth operations. Your ability to manage multiple issues, prioritize effectively, and troubleshoot diligently will be crucial. Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and maintaining a comprehensive internal knowledge base will also be key responsibilities.
