What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you'll support older adults and people with disabilities to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Your responsibilities include:

  • Personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Offering companionship and conversation
  • Running errands or accompanying to appointments
  • Observing and reporting changes in condition
