Overview

At Semrush, a global online visibility management SaaS platform, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager Enterprise Solutions to drive customer onboarding, adoption, and strategic business reviews for our digital marketing clients in the US.

Role Responsibilities

This role acts as a “Player/Coach” and requires using your diverse SEO, Digital Marketing, and Commercial experience to:

  • Develop effective processes and workflows for onboarding, account activation, and QBRs.
  • Discover customer business and SEO goals to design strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews based on tailored customer goals.
  • Train customers on Semrush workflows and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams and offer product feedback.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years in SEO/Digital Marketing, including 3+ years agency experience.
  • Strong technical SEO skills and deep Digital Marketing expertise.
  • Experience with Enterprise SEO platforms and associated tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console).
  • Exceptional English communication skills and ability to deliver in-depth QBRs.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with proven account management capabilities.
