Overview
At Semrush, a global online visibility management SaaS platform, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager Enterprise Solutions to drive customer onboarding, adoption, and strategic business reviews for our digital marketing clients in the US.
Role Responsibilities
This role acts as a “Player/Coach” and requires using your diverse SEO, Digital Marketing, and Commercial experience to:
- Develop effective processes and workflows for onboarding, account activation, and QBRs.
- Discover customer business and SEO goals to design strategic business plans.
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews based on tailored customer goals.
- Train customers on Semrush workflows and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams and offer product feedback.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in SEO/Digital Marketing, including 3+ years agency experience.
- Strong technical SEO skills and deep Digital Marketing expertise.
- Experience with Enterprise SEO platforms and associated tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console).
- Exceptional English communication skills and ability to deliver in-depth QBRs.
- A customer-oriented mindset with proven account management capabilities.
