What You Will Be Doing

You will generate qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources, qualify prospects, and develop conversations into Sales Accepted Leads. Using a complete sales and prospecting tech stack, you will partner with Account Executives, maintain prospect information in CRM systems like Outreach and Salesforce, and provide feedback to improve our sales process.

  • Develop targeted prospect lists.
  • Conduct lead generation activities.
  • Communicate Semperis’ value to IT professionals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Achieve performance quotas consistently.

What You Will Bring

You should have 2+ years of B2B technology sales, business development, or inside sales experience. Strong communication, fluent German language skills, and familiarity with German-speaking regions are essential.
