Your Role at SellerX
As a Brand Manager in the sports & movement space, you will take full ownership of one of SellerX's brands. Your responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategies, managing P&L, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the brand resonates with its audience. You will work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Design, Ops, CX, and Supply Chain to drive omni-channel activation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and margin.
- Manage P&L and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee category management from positioning to commercial performance.
- Utilize customer insights to optimize pricing, inventory, and marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Drive omni-channel activation through performance marketing, CRM, social media, and influencer campaigns.
- Feed insights into product development and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence by solving real-time problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years in brand or category management (sports, active lifestyle, or fashion preferred).
- Strategic mindset with experience in business planning.
- Commercially sharp with P&L management experience.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong analytical skills.
- Passion for sports and active lifestyle.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, D2C) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
